By accessing or using our website https://unstitchedmuse.wixsite.com/unstitched-muse and our services, including Tarot readings, astrology consultations, and Reiki energy healing (collectively, the “Services”), whether in-person or online, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Services Disclaimer

Our Services are intended for personal growth, spiritual development, and entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional advice from licensed medical, psychological, legal, or financial professionals.

  • Tarot Readings and Astrology Consultations: These are intuitive and interpretive tools and should not be relied upon for life-altering decisions.

  • Reiki Healing: While Reiki is a recognized complementary therapy, it is not a licensed medical practice under Colorado law and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

If you have a medical or psychological condition, please consult a licensed healthcare professional.

3. Payment and Booking

  • All Services must be paid for in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • We accept major credit cards and other secure payment options through our website.

  • Missed or late appointments may be subject to a cancellation or rescheduling fee (see Section 4).

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session to receive a full refund.

  • No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

  • In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative appointment time.

5. Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate Services to any individual who exhibits disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff or other clients. Discrimination, harassment, or intimidation will not be tolerated.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Any personal information shared during a session will be kept confidential, except in cases where:

  • Disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others),

  • You provide written consent to share information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, and materials provided in sessions, is the property of the Unstitched Muse and protected under copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works, transmit, or in any way exploit any such content on a commercial basis, nor may you distribute any part of this content over any network or social media platform, sell or offer it for sale, or use such content to construct any kind of public database without direct written permission from the Unstitched Muse. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or effectiveness of our Services.

9. Colorado-Specific Disclosures

As required by Colorado state law:

  • Reiki and intuitive services offered by the Unstitched Muse are complementary and alternative health services not licensed by the state.

  • You will receive a Client Bill of Rights at your first in-person session, as required by Colorado’s Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA), which outlines your rights as a client.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Denver County, Colorado.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
